Specificity: Clone N418 recognizes an epitope on mouse CD11C. Antigen Distribution: The antigen is primarily expressed on dendritic cells, NK cells, a subset of intestinal intraepithelial lymphocytes (IEL), and some activated T cells. Background: CD11c is a 150 kD glycoprotein. Applications: (WB, IP, FC) This product is validated to work with CyTOF. Other reported applications are immunohistochemical staining of acetone-fixed frozen sections and immunofluorescence.
