Specificity: Clone 4.24.1 recognizes an epitope on mouse CD155. Antigen Distribution: CD155 is expressed at cell junctions on the primary vascular endothelial cells and is highly expressed on DP thymocytes. Background: CD155 is a member of a subfamily of immunoglobulin-like adhesion receptors. Apart from its existence on epithelial cells, this antigen is expressed on a variety of cells of hematopoietic origin. Applications: (WB, FA) The engagement of CD155 with CD226 and CD96 induces cytotoxicity of NK cells and CTL.
