Specificity: Clone 1D3 recognizes an epitope on mouse CD19. Antigen Distribution: CD19 is expressed in the majority of Pro-B cells to mature B cells (during development) & follicular dendritic cells. Background: The antigen is a 95 kDa transmembrane glycoprotein of the Ig superfamily. CD19 is a prevailing alternative target for the immunotherapy of lymphoproliferative disorders. Applications: (WB, FA, FC, WB) 1D3 has been reported to deplete B cells, which may require treatment with a combination of 1D3, anti-mouse B220 (clone RA3.3A1/6.1), anti-mouse CD22 (clone Cy34.1), & anti-rat κ light chain (clone MAR 18.5) antibodies. Other applications include CyTOF and IHC. Leinco’s In vivo GOLDTM and In vivo PLATINUMTM functional antibodies are manufactured in an animal free facility using only In vitro cell culture techniques and are purified by a multi-step process including the use of protein A or G to assure extremely low levels of endotoxins, leachable protein A or aggregates.
