Specificity: Clone 30-H12 recognizes mouse CD90.2. Antigen Distribution: CD90.2 is present on hematopoietic stem cells and neurons, all thymocytes, peripheral T cells of the Thy-1.2 bearing mice.Background: CD90.2 is a 25-35 kD in the Ig superfamily and is a GPI-anchored membrane glycoprotein involved in signal transduction. It interacts with CD45. It is involved in costimulation of lymphocyte proliferation and induction of hematopoietic stem cells differentiation. Applications: (IP, WB) 30-H12 may induce Ca2+ flux in thymocytes and, in combo with anti- CD3/TCR complex, promote thymocyte apoptosis and inhibit CD3-mediated proliferative responses of mature T lymphocytes. Leinco’s In vivo GOLDTM and In vivo PLATINUMTM functional antibodies are manufactured in an animal free facility using only In vitro cell culture techniques and are purified by a multi-step process including the use of protein A or G to assure extremely low levels of endotoxins, leachable protein A or aggregates.
