Leinco Technologies Inc Anti-Mouse γ/δ TCR (Gamma/Delta T-Cell Receptor, T-Cell Receptor, TCR) In Vivo PLATINUM; Clone UC7-13D5; Armenian Hamster IgG

Supplier: Leinco Technologies Inc T9525.0 MG
Specificity: Clone UC7-13D5 reacts with mouse γ/δ TCR. Antigen Distribution: γ/δ TCR expression is observed on a subset of cells in the thymus, intestinal epithelium, skin, liver, peripheral lymphoid tissues and peritoneum. Background: TCR is a heterodimer that recognizes antigens bound to MHC molecules. While the vast majority consist of α and β chains, some T cells have TCRs consisting of γ and δ chains. The γ/δ TCR is involved in the antigen recognition of some bacterial or tumor-associated antigens presented by MHC class I, which results in activation of T lymphocytes. Applications: (FC, IP, In vivo Depletion) Clone UC7-13D5 does not react with the α/β TCR. Leinco’s In vivo GOLDTM and In vivo PLATINUMTM functional antibodies are manufactured in an animal free facility using only In vitro cell culture techniques and are purified by a multi-step process including the use of protein A or G to assure extremely low levels of endotoxins, leachable protein A or aggregates.
