Supplier: Leinco Technologies Inc L60725 MG

Specificity: Clone DATK32 is specific for LPAM1. Antigen distribution: LPAM1 is expressed on the majority of peripheral lymphocytes, subsets of thymocytes and bone marrow cells. Background: LPAM1 is a heterodimer comprised of a 130 kDa integrin β7 chain and a 150 kDa integrin α4 chain, and is a member of the Ig superfamily. Applications: (WB, B) Clone DATK32 induces LPAM1-dependent lymphocyte aggregation. DATK32 has been reported to block LPAM1-mediated cell adhesion in vivo, including binding to fibronectin, MAdCAM-1, and VCAM-1. Leinco’s In vivo GOLDTM and In vivo PLATINUMTM functional antibodies are manufactured in an animal free facility using only In vitro cell culture techniques and are purified by a multi-step process including the use of protein A or G to assure extremely low levels of endotoxins, leachable protein A or aggregates.
