Leinco Technologies Inc Anti-Mouse TNFα (Tumor Necrosis Factor-Alpha, TNFSF2, Cachectin, Differentiation-Inducing Factor (DIF), Necrosin, Cytotoxin) In Vivo GOLD; Clone TN3-19.12; Isotype: Armenian Hamster IgG

Supplier: Leinco Technologies Inc T258100 MG
Specificity: Clone TN3-19.12 recognizes mouse TNFα. Cell sources: TNF-α is secreted by macrophages, monocytes, neutrophils, T cells, B cells, NK cells, LAK cells. Background: TNF-α (Mr 17.5 kD) mediates inflammation and immunity caused by the invasion of viruses, bacteria, and parasites via initiating a cascade of cytokines that increase vascular permeability and thus bring macrophages and neutrophils to the infection site. TNF-α secreted by the macrophage causes blood clotting which contains the infection. TNF-α exists in synovial fluid of patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Applications: (IP, WB) Clone TN3-19.12 neutralizes the bioactivity of natural or recombinant TNF-α. Leinco’s In vivo GOLDTM and In vivo PLATINUMTM functional antibodies are manufactured in an animal free facility using only In vitro cell culture techniques and are purified by a multi-step process including the use of protein A or G to assure extremely low levels of endotoxins, leachable protein A or aggregates.
