This mouse IgG1 kappa is purified using salt fractionation procedures and Protein A chromatography. Antibody concentration was determined using an absorbance at 280 nm: 1.4 equals 1.0 mg of IgG. This antibody reacts with native histidine rich protein2 (HRPII) from Plasmodium falciparum as determined by blotting assays and ELISA techniques. It is shown to pair with ICL’s MPFM-55A in sandwich ELISA and Lateral Flow. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator.
