The S100 Monoclonal Antibody from MyBioSource is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody produced against a synthetic peptide corresponding to Human S100 aa near the C terminus. This antibody has been tested in WB, IHC, ELISA applications. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide directed towards the C terminus region of human S100. This antibody can detect S100 of mouse, rat and human origin. The recommended dilution for WB is 1:500-1:3000, for IHC is 1:50-1:200, and for ELISA is 1:20000. This product is for research use only.
