Affinity purified polyclonal antibody to the Salmonella Common Structural Antigens (CSA) made in Goat and labeled with alkaline phosphatase. Isolated from a serum pool of goats immunized with different strains of Salmonella. This antibody is broadly reactive to Salmonella and recognizes all Salmonella serotypes from ATCC. It has excellent specificity for Group B and D Salmonella based upon the Kaufmann-White scheme. Product is in lyophilized form. Each lot is tested to assure specificity and lot-to-lot consistency using KPL's in-house ELISA assay.
