Antimony(III) telluride, 99.999% (metals basis)
Description
Antimony(III) telluride is used as both n-type and p-type semiconductors in association with appropriate dopant. It reacts with germanium telluride and forms the pseudobinary intermetallic system. It is used in solid state refrigerators due to its large thermoelectric effect. Further, it is an active component of thermoelectric materials.
