Leinco Technologies Inc Anti-Mouse/Human TGF-β1,2,3 (TGFB, DPD1, TGFB1, Differentiation Inhibiting Factor, Cartilage-Inducing Factor, Latency Associated) In Vivo PLATINUM; Clone 1D11.16.8; Mouse IgG1

Supplier: Leinco Technologies Inc T7991.0 MG
Specificity: Clone 1D11.16.8 recognizes an epitope on mouse/human TGF-β1,2,3. Antigen distribution: TGF-β in its latent form is expressed on activated Treg cells, immature dendritic cells, megakaryocytes, and platelets. Leukocytes secrete TGF-β1. Background: TGF-β1,2,3 belong to a large family of cytokines called TGF-β superfamily, and function through the same receptor signaling systems. The TGF-β superfamily includes endogenous growth inhibiting proteins and an increase in expression of TGF-β correlates with the malignancy of various cancers. TGF-β is a highly researched cytokine in the fields of cancer, auto-immune diseases, and infectious disease. Applications: (WB) Leinco’s In vivo GOLDTM and In vivo PLATINUMTM functional antibodies are manufactured in an animal free facility using only In vitro cell culture techniques and are purified by a multi-step process including the use of protein A or G to assure extremely low levels of endotoxins, leachable protein A or aggregates.
