Leinco Technologies Inc Anti-Mouse MHC class II (MHC Class 2, I-A) In Vivo GOLD; Clone Y-3; Mouse IgG2b κ

Supplier: Leinco Technologies Inc Y100100 MG

Specificity: Clone Y-3 recognizes mouse MHC class II. Antigen Distribution: MHC class II are found on professional APCs such as dendritic cells, mononuclear phagocytes, some endothelial cells, thymic epithelial cells, and B cells. Background: MHC class II are heterodimers consisting of two homogenous α and β chains. MHC class II primarily interact with immune cells, such as T helper cells. Stable peptide binding is key in preventing the failure of T cell recognition of the antigen, T cell recruitment, and a proper immune response. Applications: (WB, FA) Clone Y-3 is reported to react with the mouse H-2Kb, H-2Kk, H-2Kq, H-2Kr, H-2ks and not H-2Kd MHC class I alloantigens. Leinco’s In vivo GOLDTM and In vivo PLATINUMTM functional antibodies are manufactured in an animal free facility using only In vitro cell culture techniques and are purified by a multi-step process including the use of protein A or G to assure extremely low levels of endotoxins, leachable protein A or aggregates.
