This polyclonal antibody from MyBioSource targets Yellow Fluorescent Protein (YFP). It is produced in rabbit and can be used for WB, IHC-P, and ELISA applications. The immunogen is recombinant protein of YFP. This antibody has not been tested for other applications. It is provided at 100ug in 1mg/ml concentration in PBS with 0.05% sodium azide and 40% glycerol. Recommended dilutions are 1:500 - 1:2000 for WB, 1:50 - 1:200 for IHC-P, and 1:5000 for ELISA. This antibody is guaranteed for 6 months from date of receipt when stored at -20°C.
