No. 4346906) is that the latter plates have a barcode. Additionally, a box of Cat. No. 4346906 contains 20 plates, whereas a box of Cat. No. 4346907 contains 10 plates.
Yes. MicroAmp Fast Optical 96-Well Reaction Plate with Barcode, 0.1 mL (Cat. No. 4346906, 4366932) can be used with either Fast or Standard run modes. However, the “Fast” plates can only be run on the 96-well Fast block, which is for smaller volumes rather than a standard block (0.2 mL). The Fast or Standard mode for the run is determined by the polymerase in the master mix used in the experiment. Please refer to the user guide for the specific master mix to determine which mode to use.
