RNase Inhibitor (ribonuclease inhibitor) is a 50 kDa recombinant enzyme used to inhibit RNase activity. It does not contain DNase or endonuclease activity.

  • Inhibits RNase activity—preventing degradation of RNA template
  • Lacks DNA endonuclease activity—for better product yield
