Agitator Adapter to adapt motors to Applikon style agitator assemblies. Small motor adapters are for use with 1L to 5L (8mm Shaft) bioreactors and the big motor adapters are for use with 7L (8mm shaft) and 15L (8mm shaft or 15mm) agitator assemblies. Note: This is the adapter kit only and does not include the agitator assembly. For the 8mm agitator assemblies’ removal of the (4) rods and upper motor support portion is required. The adapter screws into the mounting holes used by the rods. For the 15mm agitator assembly (4) existing screws on the top plate will need to be removed and the adapter will screw in using these holes.
