Aquaphenol, Clear, Colorless Solution

  • Aquaphenol™ is a solution of double-distilled phenol saturated with ultra-pure water (approx 30%).
  • It does not contain antioxidant or additives.
  • Aquaphenol™ has an acid pH and can be used directly for RNA extraction.
  • For DNA extraction, pH can be quickly adjusted to 7,5 or 8 using pH maker solutions and protocols included.
