Our ARCA EGFP mRNA (5-moUTP) is provided at a concentration of 1mg/ml, it is ARCA capped, polyA-tailed and incorporated with modified nucleotides.Anti-Reverse Cap Analog (ARCA) is a cap analog used during in vitro transcription for the generation of capped transcripts. ARCA obtains the ability only inserting in the proper orientation, results in forming mRNAs that can be translated twice efficiently as those initiated with mCAP. Other sizes are also available.
