DIASYS DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEMS USA LLC DiaSys ASAT FS is a ready-to-use two component photometric reagent to determine Aspartate Aminotransferase in serum or heparin plasma on photometric systems. Each set contains R1=800mL, R2=200mL
Supplier: DIASYS DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEMS USA LLC 126019911887

Diagnostic reagent for quantitative in vitro determination of Aspartate Aminotransferase (ASAT, AST) in animal serum or heparin plasma on photometric systems. For veterinary or research use only. Increased ASAT, formerly called Glutamic Pyruvic Transaminase (GPT), levels may occur in connection with damages of heart or skeletal muscle as well as of liver parenchyma. Parallel measurement of ALAT and ASAT is recommended to distinguish liver from heart or skeletal muscle damages. Method: Optimized UV-test according to IFCC (International Federation of Clinical Chemistry and Laboratory Medicine). The reagent has a wide measuring range from 1.2 U/L to 600 U/L and very good precision. Reagent 1 contains TRIS, L-Aspartate Malate Dehydrogenase and Lactate Dehydrogenase, reagent 2 contains 2-Oxogluterate and NADH. Reagents must be stored refrigerated.
