ScienCell Research Laboratories Astrocyte Conditioned Medium-Serum Free (ACM-sf) is a specialized liquid medium designed for scientific research applications. This serum-free formulation is prepared from primary human astrocyte cultures, conditioned for 48 hours, and is sterile filtered. It is specifically developed to support the growth of neurons and endothelial cells in culture and has been shown to protect neurons from corticosterone-induced damage. The medium maintains a stable pH of 7.4 when equilibrated in an incubator with a 5% CO2/95% air atmosphere.
