This method validation kit (MVK) contains three columns, each packed with a different lot of material. The Atlantis Premier BEH C18 AX columns offer excellent retention for polar acidic analytes under reversed phase conditions. The reversed phase/anion-exchange mixed mode chemistry is stable from pH 2 to 10 and provides complementary selectivity to traditional C18 stationary phases, which is beneficial for method development.
