Atlantis dC18 columns are universal, silica-based, reversed-phase C18 columns used for polar compound retention. They feature di-functionally bonded C18 ligands optimized for use with highly aqueous mobile phases, including 100% water. This analytical column is compatible with both LC and MS, designed to provide an excellent balance of retention for polar and nonpolar molecules while limiting retention for hydrophobic substances. The column also offers improved pH stability, making it suitable for water mobile phases.
