Description

PureClean™ Autoclave wrappers are made from 1421B DuPont™ Tyvek™and have been specifically designed for pharmaceutical use in steam sterilization applications.

PureClean™ Autoclave wrappers are made from 1421B DuPont™ Tyvek™, which is a grade of uncoated, untreated, flexible Tyvek™ material. It has been specifically designed for pharmaceutical use in steam sterilization applications. PureClean™ Tyvek™ material does not have a water soluble antistat agent applied to it during its manufacturing process.

Uncoated Tyvek™ on both sides for maximum breathability during sterilization without the chance of residue deposits on equipment post sterilization

  • Manufactured and packaged in an ISO Certified Cleanroom
  • Autoclavable at 121 to 125°C
  • Tear and puncture resistant
  • Drapeable
  • Hydrophobic
  • Lint-free

Drapeable 1421B Tyvek™ wrappers are an improvement over cellulose or SMS based wrapping materials for steam sterilization. Eliminate wasted time and expense of cutting larger square sheets of sterilization wrap to the desired sizes. Clean cut squares and rectangles are delivered in labeled, sealed poly bags to ensure cleanliness.
