Scalable dye terminator clean-up simplified

The AxyPrep Mag DyeClean Kit utilizes a unique paramagnetic bead-based sequencing purification system that is optimized for the removal of excess dye terminator from Sanger sequencing reactions. The process consists of a selective binding of DNA to the beads, a wash step for removing nucleotides, primers, and non-targeted amplicons, and elution of pure DNA. Through use of this kit you can achieve Rapid and reliable clean-up of sequencing reactions while maintaining high QV20+ scores. This kit can be used for manual or automated processes.
