Kit for quick determination of the titer of baculovirus stocks (e.g. stocks of recombinant baculovirus). A titer is obtained in 2 days, compared to 5–8 days with conventional titering methods. The assay uses an antibody to detect virus infected cells, and is thus able to detect virus infections long before methods that detect plaque formation. Stocks of any AcMNPV-type baculovirus with titers of >104PFU/ml or IFU/ml can be titered using this kit. 5 Assays
