The Micro 100 Back Chamfering Tool is a carbide insert tool designed for back chamfering and deburring. It has a 45 degree entering angle and features replaceable carbide inserts with four cutting edges. The tool body is made from tool steel and accepts inserts with a .250" IC size. It is available in shank diameters ranging from 1/4" to 1/2", and overall lengths from 2" to 4". The chamfering tool can be used on most materials including steel, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminum, brass, bronze, plastics and composites. It provides an economical way to deburr holes and add a precision chamfer.
