The Grainger 16X104 is a 16 inch by 104 inch carbon steel perforated sheet metal with staggered holes. It is 16 gauge thick, has 1/8 inch holes with 1/4 inch staggered centers. The open area is 33% and sheet weight is 3.97 lb/ft2. This perforated sheet metal is commonly used for screens, guards, filters, and shields. It can be fabricated by shearing, forming, and welding. The carbon steel construction provides good weldability and formability.
