The Malin Company Lockwire is stainless steel lockwire used to prevent loosening of threaded fasteners. It has a tensile strength of 280,000 psi and meets military specification MS20995C. This lockwire comes in a coil with a diameter of 0.020 inches, a length of 100 feet, and a weight of 0.19 lbs. The lockwire is made of 302/304 stainless steel for corrosion resistance. It can be used with standard lockwire pliers to prevent loosening of critical threaded fasteners in harsh environments.
