The Bcl-2 PE Antibody is a mouse monoclonal antibody that binds to human Bcl-2. It is conjugated to R-phycoerythrin (PE) and is suitable for flow cytometry, immunofluorescence microscopy and ELISA. This antibody recognizes the Bcl-2 alpha protein, an integral outer mitochondrial membrane protein that blocks the apoptotic death of cells. The antibody clone is 100/D5 and it has been tested on human samples. It is provided as 100 tests in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 0.2% BSA. Each test contains 100 μL of antibody. This antibody can be used to study Bcl-2 expression and regulation in both normal and malignant cells.
