The protein has a calculated MW of 33.9 kDa. The protein migrates as 42-45 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.;Immobilized Human BAFF, Fc Tag (Cat. No. BAF-H4268) at 5 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Biotinylated Cynomolgus / Rhesus macaque BCMA, Fc,Avitag (Cat. No. BCA-C82F4) with a linear range of 0.2-4 ng/mL (QC tested).
