The BD CBA Human CD178 (FASL) Flex Set is a bead-based immunoassay capable of measuring soluble human Fas Ligand, also known as soluble CD178, in serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatant samples. Human reactivity was determined by testing samples with the BD CBA Human CD178 (Fas Ligand) Flex Set.

  • Reactivity: Human
  • Capture Bead and PE Detection Reagent components formulated to a 50x concentration for multiplex use
  • Standard component is lyophilized
  • When reconstituted in 4.0mL assay diluent, standard has a protein concentration of 2500pg/mL
  • Must be used in conjunction with a BD CBA Human Soluble Protein Master Buffer Kit, flow cytometer, FCAP Array™ Software
