Human and non-human primate reactivity was determined by testing samples with the BD CBA Human MCP-1 Flex Set

  • Capture Bead and PE Detection Reagent components formulated to a 50x concentration for multiplex use
  • Standard component is lyophilized
  • When reconstituted in 4.0mL assay diluent, standard has a protein concentration of 2500pg/mL
