For detecting mouse monokine induced by gamma interferon in serum and cell culture samples

The BD CBA Mouse MIG Flex Set is a bead-based immunoassay capable of measuring mouse monokine induced by gamma interferon (MIG), also known as CXCL9, in serum and cell culture supernatant samples. Mouse reactivity was determined by testing samples with the BD CBA Mouse MIG Flex Set.

  • Reactivity: Mouse
  • Capture Bead and PE Detection Reagent components formulated to a 50x concentration for multiplex use
  • Standard component is lyophilized
  • When reconstituted in 4.0mL assay diluent, standard has a protein concentration of 2500pg/mL
  • Must be used in conjunction with a BD CBA Human Soluble Protein Master Buffer Kit, flow cytometer, FCAP Array™ Software
