Description

IL-3Rα is expressed on a subset of peripheral blood dendritic cells, myeloid precursors, basophils, mast cells, macrophages, and megakaryocytes. BD Horizon™ BV480 Mouse Anti-Human CD123 is the 70 kDa IL-3 receptor α chain (IL-3Rα) that associates with the 120-140 kDa β subunit (CD131/Common β-chain/βc) to form the functional IL-3 receptor complex.

  • With an Ex Max of 436nm and Em Max at 478nm, BD Horizon™ BV480 can be excited by the violet laser and detected in the BD Horizon™ BV510 (525/40nm) filter set
  • BV480 has less spillover into the BV605 detector and, in general, is brighter than BV510
