BD BV480 Mouse Anti-Human CD16

Description

Expressed on NK cells as well as macrophages and granulocytes. Reports indicate that CD16 plays a role in signal transduction and NK cell activation. BD Horizon™ BV480 Mouse Anti-Human CD16 clone 3G8 also cross-reacts with a subset of peripheral blood lymphocytes and monocytes, but not granulocytes, of baboon and both rhesus and cynomologus macaque monkeys.

• With an Ex Max of 436nm and Em Max at 478nm, BD Horizon™ BV480 can be excited by the violet laser and detected in the BD Horizon™ BV510 (525/40nm) filter set
• BV480 has less spillover into the BV605 detector and, in general, is brighter than BV510
