Description

CD279 is an immunoregulatory receptor expressed on activated T cells, B cells, and myeloid cells. BD Horizon™ BV480 Mouse Anti-Human CD279 (PD-1) contains an immunoreceptor tyrosine-based inhibitory motif (ITIM) in the cytoplasmic region. Mice deficient in CD279 show a breakdown of peripheral tolerance and manifest multiple autoimmune symptoms.

With an Ex Max of 436nm and Em Max at 478nm, BD Horizon™ BV480 can be excited by the violet laser and detected in the BD Horizon™ BV510 (525/40nm) filter set

BV480 has less spillover into the BV605 detector and, in general, is brighter than BV510
