Description

CD4 is expressed on T-helper/inducer lymphocytes and monocytes. BD Horizon™ BV480 Mouse Anti-Human CD4 serves as a T cell coreceptor for MHC class II antigen recognition and as a receptor for the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). The SK3 antibody inhibits HIV binding to CD4+ cells.

  • With an Ex Max of 436nm and Em Max at 478nm, BD Horizon™ BV480 can be excited by the violet laser and detected in the BD Horizon™ BV510 (525/40nm) filter set
  • BV480 has less spillover into the BV605 detector and, in general, is brighter than BV510
