  • Small, polypropylene spring-loaded spigot drains subsamples into bottles for delivery to water quality laboratory
  • Heavy duty swing type handles supports full or empty churn
  • Built-in full open lever stop on spigot ensures reproducible dispensing of subsamples
  • Water sediment samples are poured into sample splitter where they are composited into one representative cross section sample of stream flow
  • Lid, disc churn and spigot are replaceable
  • Intended to meet USGS water sampling protocol
