Beta-catenin-IN-2 (Compound H1B1) is a potent β-catenin inhibitor used for the study of colorectal cancer. It suppresses the transcriptional activity of β-catenin/Tcf-4 in HCT116 cells in a dose-dependent manner at concentrations of 10-40 μM. The product is a solid, pink to red in color. It is soluble in DMSO at 83.33 mg/mL (326.41 mM).
