The 10F.9G2™-CP154 monoclonal antibody is a recombinant chimeric version of the original 10F.9G2™ antibody, with variable domain sequences identical to the original but constant region sequences switched from rat IgG2b to mouse IgG2a. This antibody contains a LALA-PG mutation in the Fc fragment, preventing it from binding to endogenous Fcγ receptors. It reacts with mouse PD-L1 (programmed death ligand 1), also known as B7-H1 or CD274, and blocks its interaction with PD-1 and B7-1 (CD80).
