The BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column is designed for high-performance reverse phase protein separation and analysis. It utilizes 2.7 μm superficially-porous-silica particles with a 450Å pore diameter and a proprietary polyphenyl bonding process for LC or LC-MS of intact IgG monoclonal antibodies and their fragments.
