This column is the first choice for reverse phase protein separation and analysis. It contains 2.7 μm superficially-porous-silica particles with an average pore diameter of 450Å. The particles are functionalized with a proprietary polyphenyl bonding process specifically designed for LC or LC-MS analyses of intact IgG monoclonal antibodies and their fragments. Each batch is qualified using a gradient separation of a mAb Subunit Standard.

  • Designed for use on all UHPLC, UPLC, or HPLC systems with minimal injection-to-injection carryover.
  • The combination of the bonding process and solid-core column technology allows for better resolution at higher flow rates, aiding method transfer from HPLC to UPLC systems.
