It is specifically used for the analysis of monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) and their size variants, such as high molecular weight species (HMWS) or aggregates. This column improves resolution, especially for low molecular weight species (LMWS), enabling more accurate quantitation.

  • Resolves the LMWS 1 fragment that co-elutes with the monomer peak when using conventional SEC columns.
  • Enables more accurate quantitation of the monomer peak by resolving the back-shoulder peak.
