The protein migrates as 55-65 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.;Immobilized Biotinylated Human CD7, Fc,Avitag (Cat. No. CD7-H82F3) at 1 μg/mL (100 μL/well) on streptavidin (Cat. No. STN-N5116) precoated (0.5 μg/well) plate can bind Anti-CD7 antibody, Mouse IgG1 with a linear range of 1-2 ng/mL (QC tested).
