The protein migrates as 43-55 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to Glycosylation.;Immobilized Biotinylated Human Syndecan-1, His,Avitag (Cat. No. SY1-H82E2) at 1 μg/mL (100 μL/well) on streptavidin (Cat. No. STN-N5116) (0.5 μg/well) plate, can bind Anti-Syndecan-1 antibody, Mouse IgG1 with a linear range of 0.4-6 ng/mL (QC tested).;Immobilized Anti-Syndecan-1 antibody, Mouse IgG1 at 1 μg/mL (100 μL/well)onstreptavidin (Cat.
