bioZOLTM-B boold isolation reagent is a ready-to-use mono-phasic of phenol and guanidine isothiocyanate, designed for the isolation of total RNA from total blood or any other liquid samples of animal, yeast, or viral origin. During sample lysis, bioZOLTM inhibits RNase activity and maintains the integrity of the RNA, while disrupting or dissolving celluler membranes.Total RNA isolated by bioZOLTM is free of protein and DNA contamination. It can be used for northen blot analysis, poly(A)+ selection, in vitro translation, RT-PCR and molecular cloning. For RT-PCR, treatment of the isolated RNA wih DNase is recomended. Use bioZOLTM in a ratio of 3:1 (bioZOL:sample) for maximum efficiency.Haz Mat fee applies
