Compact gauge is mountable in any orientation, simplifying installation where space is limited. Wide measuring range from atmosphere to 10-3mbar; accuracy is ±15% at <100mbar. Includes two push-button adjustable set points for process control and diagnostics reporting. Two LEDs indicate set point and gauge status. Provided with replaceable precalibrated aluminum tube in which calibration data is stored. Tube is equipped with gold-coated tungsten filament and NW16 vacuum fitting.
Operating temperature range: 5° to 55°C (41° to 131°F).
