In the presence of peroxidase enzyme, DAB produces a brown precipitate, at the epitope site, that is insoluble in alcohol. The BOND DAB Enhancer precipitates as a copper salt at the reaction site producing a darker brown staining deposit.For in vitro diagnostic use.
