Formulated to support the in vitro enzymatic activity of Heat Shock Proteins, specifically HSP90 and the HSP90/p23 complex

HSP90 Reaction Buffer is formulated to support the in vitro enzymatic activity of Heat Shock Proteins, specifically HSP90 and the HSP90/p23 complex. This buffer contains a detergent, and potassium and magnesium salts at concentrations that are required for the catalytic function of HSP90 in vitro. Fully compatible with E1, E2, and E3 ubiquitin ligase enzyme activities, this buffer can be used for in vitro protein refolding experiments, or in ubiquitination reactions that require HSP90 activity.
